Your best content is probably hiding in the work you already do

Customer questions, decisions and lessons are a stronger starting point than a blank content calendar.

A useful personal brand does not need a new opinion every morning. It needs a clear way to capture what you are already learning from customers, projects and hard decisions.

Keep a running list of questions people ask, assumptions that changed and small examples that explain your process. Each one can become a practical post, a longer article or a conversation starter.

AI can help organise and repurpose these notes, but the point of view must remain yours. The detail that makes the content worth reading usually comes from what happened in the real world.
